  • Papangala Camp

    Papangala camp is a small indigenous community consisting of four families. The Solar Lithium Diesel Microgrid system eliminates the need for the family to travel to buy diesel for their generator and provides power for the community's residents.

  • Dampier Peninsula Remote Communities

    This federal program demonstrates the feasibility of remote indigenous properties to move away from diesel reliance. Gen OffGrid’s solar lithium wedge delivers enough energy required for your traditional Australian home, the system is deployed off a tilt tray overcoming the challenge of logistics to these remote sites.

  • Middle Lagoon

    At the amazing Middle Lagoon Campgrounds on the Dampier Peninsula, the Solar Lithium Diesel Microgrid replaces around 18,000L of diesel per year. The system is fully integrated into a custom built powder coated aluminium equipment cabinet complete with HVAC system, providing a very economic solution for sites traditionally powered by a 25 - 40kVA generator.

  • Ormiston Gorge Rangers Station

    The system for Parks & Wildlife NT, and managed by DIPL, replaces an old lead acid battery system that had reached the end of its useful life, resulting in the rangers station being fully reliant on diesel. This new system will turn off those generators, providing clean, quiet and free energy.

  • Mornington Wilderness Camp

    This solar lithium microgrid for Australian Wildlife Conservancy replace the eco-tourism sites existing reliance on generator supply. The project showcases our ability to transport and install commercial scale systems in remote locations. The equipment container was fitted out and commissioned in our workshop in Broome, requiring only plug-in on site.

  • Charnley River

    The new development by Australian Wildlife Conservancy on the Gibb River road required a complete upgrade of the old pastoral operations electrical distribution network. A Solar lithium diesel microgrid now powers the site in lieu of diesel. This project following on from the similar sized system installed by Gen OffGrid at AWC’s Mornington Camp.

  • Leopold Downs Station

    This solar lithium microgrid for Pardoo Beef Corporation’s station in the Wunaamin Miliwundi Ranges replaces 90% of the 40,000L of diesel the homestead had been consuming per year. The system is under the monthly rental arrangement, with GenOffGrid operating, supporting and maintaining the system from our base in Broome.

  • Noreena Downs

    An ideal candidate for a Solar Lithium microgrid. GenOffGrid designed, built, installed, and remotely monitored off-grid system for the Noreena Downs homestead, located south of Nullagine. Since installation in 2020, its saved the station over 120,000L of diesel.

  • Anna Plains Station

    Anna Plains Station is located on the remote Kimberley coast of northern Western Australia. It is just under one million acres of open rangeland stretching from the shores of the Eighty Mile Beach to the Great Sandy Desert. A solar lithium microgrid was installed to alleviate their reliance on diesel power, saving approximately 60,000L per year.

  • Shamrock Station

    The design, supply, install and commissioning of a Solar Lithium Diesel Microgrid for the Argyle Cattle team at Shamrock Station, 150 kilometres south of Broome, our third system along this stretch of highway. The system has provided 95% of the sites energy usage through solar.

  • Dry River Station

    Our first pastoral project in the Territory for the station located near Katherine. The solar lithium diesel microgrid replaces 90% of the homestead’s diesel usage. The asset is supported by the Darwin based GenOffGrid NT team.

  • BP Shinju

    To alleviate the cost of increasing mains power, the BP service station engaged GenOffGrid to design a solar, lithium diesel microgrid. The system utilises a Sungrow BESS, with a ComAp microgrid controller, integrated with a standby generator. Solar will provide 95% of the sites energy, with diesel run time at less than 5%. The project includes 100kW installed as a solar car park structure.

  • Streeter & Male Mitre10

    A first for Broome and we understand was the first large scale example of grid defection in Australia. This project comprised the provision of a Solar Lithium Diesel microgrid to Streeter’s Mitre 10. Designed, built, installed, and remotely monitored by Gen OffGrid. This project showcases the ability to be off-grid in the middle of town.

  • Berkeley River Lodge

    The picturesque resort lies on the remote North Kimberley coastline. The project delivery required a logistics strategy of mobilising via barge in Wyndham, a beach landing and transfer up the beach to the resort that sits on the hill over looking the ocean and Berkeley River. Despite the variability in peak and off-season load, the system provides an economic solution to the sites power needs.

  • Broome Boulevard Solar Car Park

    The project executed under our JV with H&M Tracey involved the design, procurement and construction of 1.36MW of Solar PV enabling the owner to offset against the rising costs of energy, whilst improving the aesthetic of the complex and providing shaded parking for its patrons. The project includes a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) which has 1MW of discharge capability.

  • Derby Hospital

    The Derby Hospital solar project for Horizon Power & WA Country Health is executed as a JV with H&M Tracey. This project will see a 364kW solar system installed with feed-in management to the Horizon grid. Horizon Power connection applications and approvals for each system, structural certifications, and building permits will be managed by the project.

  • Solar Schools Program

    On behalf of the Department of Education and Horizon Power, GenOffGrid is engaged to complete the design, supply, and installation of solar systems at 19 schools throughout the Pilbara, Gascoyne and Kimberley regions, installing 520kw of Solar.

  • Karratha Adventure Sports

    An upgrade to an existing solar system to bring respite to rising power bills, our local GenOffGrid Pilbara based in Karratha designed and installed the solar & battery system for Karratha Adventure Sports. The system includes 91kW PV and a battery storage system covering their late afternoon energy requirements.
